Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Reatomize services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Reatomize provides an AI model orchestration platform including API access, the ReA VSCode extension, and associated tooling. Services are provided "as is" and may change or be discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must not share account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to use our services

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Reatomize to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or conduct denial-of-service attacks
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent security measures
• Resell or white-label the service without written agreement

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 14 days of payment for unused credits. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with outstanding balances.

6. Intellectual property

Reatomize retains all rights to the platform, software, and branding. You retain all rights to your own code and data. The ReA extension is released under the MIT License.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reatomize is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Warsaw.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
